The CIA and cops bring in the drugs so they can then harass and arrest minorities in large numbers for possessing or selling their product in a fake drug war. The NYPD than set up their own corrupt officers with wire taps so they can be discredited and never divulge where they got the drugs or guns in the first place.This is how the guns and drugs get into the hands of inner city youth that are conditioned by high paid rappers and a movie industry that will only finance black gangster movies apposed to heroic black movies like Red Tails where George Lucas used 90 million of his own money to produce. The CIA uses local police and gun operations like Fast and Furious to make sure guns and drugs fall into the hands of desperate people brainwashed by the music and movies to keep the 500 billion dollar a year business going which is than laundered through big banks. Police than wage war on citizens in the name of fighting drugs and ask for more funding, more powerful weapons, and technology to spy on citizens. Before you know it you're living in an open air mega prison with guard towers , control freak police and mobile terahertz radiation scanners irradiating you and your children.And that's how it's done in a nutshell.
