May 26, 2012 - I spoke to Eddie about 1 1/3 months ago to buy a HEPA filter kit for my Sebo canister, as I cannot get it in Canada. He thought it was too much trouble & I was asking too much of him to sell me the filters & mail them, even though I was willing to pay by Visa. He was EXTREMELY RUDE when I talked to him, & would NEVER do business with this man!!! This man was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & I would strongly reccommend you look elsewhere to buy your next vacuum! EZ Vacs deserves to be OUT OF BUSINESS!
