Feb 5, 2012 - Louise Hay always talks about thinking positive affirmations even about a lousy job that you can't immediately change. The only problem with ignoring a haranguing situation is the creeping resentment and animosity. If my family or friends don't want to hear me criticize or complain then they are free to talk to other people who will delightfully discuss the Superbowl or Modern Family TV show.

Feb 5, 2012 - People will have to create change to their likings in a more camouflaged manner.I have one relative who uses all of those defense mechanisms and strawman arguments to defend the tyrants when there are literally no points or rewards to be gained from it. He is therefore ignored and avoided.

Feb 5, 2012 - Well we all have to work. There aren't many options. But that shouldn't stop the "real self" from making camouflaged critiques, complaints, or observations at sometime. A lot of people are behaviorally conditioned to bend over backward, smile, giggle, and to defend and protect the tyrants 24/7 ... it's their "new self".

Feb 5, 2012 - Working anywhere to pay the electrical bill, property tax, and housing is absolutely reasonable. Going home and lying to family and friends about how wonderful a tyrannical workplace is just total BS: the same goes for students who keep lying and sugar coating with doublespeak about how splendorous the verbally abusive and irrelevant professors are. They keep honoring and forgiving useless losers who aren't giving anything in return.
