The things we discover when we work. This client had new gutters installed...shortly thereafter they fell off the house and took the fascia board with them! The original builder of this $300k home never nailed or secured the fascia boards properly...next door neighbor had the same issue! To top it off, the builder left the vent for the master bath van inside the soffit....it was never vented to the outside! Unreal...catch the shot of the flashing cut short on the master bath window....over time, not correcting this will cause mold & mildew inside the wall...not to mentioned rotted framing!Always work for HandyANDY....we do it all....just one call 770-912-2829
